Enjoy your Vulnerability

Long time no see! Sometimes we just need time to figure it out what is happening and how to transform your habits for a new state of mind... and it is great, not to be able to fix with words what is going on is amazingly beautiful, because we can flow in the moment without trying to incapsulate it. Just contemplating what is going on is so juicy and transformative. For me this period has been all about female lineage and acceptance and I just realised what was happening... thanks to a client that sent me a TEDs talk by Nicole Daedone (if you are curious please watch it too) - she is talking about female orgasms, which is a nice topic, if you are dealing with wombs and belly all day, but for me what was really inspiring is the connections between roots and relationships, the pleasure and the intimacy. From Bert Hellinger, the father of Family Constellation (as we know them),  I have learned that 'without roots, we cannot flight', you need to go below to reach above, and this was clear for me. But today my motto is 'without roots you cannot connect'  and this is exactly the transformation I have been observing for this last period... the more I work with my womb the more I connect to my female lineage (also from father's line) the more I connect with people, with my clients, with my friends, family and strangers. So maybe when we start paying really good attentions to our womb/prostate and further down, we do really start connecting with ourself and with others. We are social animals, we need connections, we need our roots!

Self Love - Self Awareness
my beloved sister, allow yourself to be vulnerable

I know you are the Strong one, you are the Fixer and you are Solving generations of Lack of Self Esteem & Confidence. We have seen many things, too many, We have felt alone many times, too many. We have built up a solid wall, not to surrender, not to die. But now the walls around us start to feel suffocating, claustrophobic and too small to cope with. Well this is exactly the time we need to go down to the very core of ourselves, to our wombs, to our sacrum. It is the moment to let go, forgive and heal. Thank God & Goddess we now have access to a wide variety of process we can choose for breaking the walls down and still feel safe. Thanks to the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® I have learned how; in fact my wall was breaking down on its on, gradually and slowly, I actually didn't even realise the work in progress until it was truly down, melted on the hearth. How? The more I was concentrating on my journey into myself (not an easy path but yet very essential) with the Sessions and the Self Care, Family Constellations, Counselling and other treatments, my inner power was growing and growing, taking down the suffocating protection walls, until my power was so big to make them totally invisible... and finally I could breath and dance my freedom. Please be vulnerable so that you can walk your path towards your own freedom, I want to see you dance, free and fully aware of your own power and potentials.

Faja: a nice support for your belly!

Picture
Did you notice that many traditional costumes have a tissue, quite tall, belt? In Central America this belt is called faja (fa-ha) and is made out of cotton. This belt has a very specific purpose, it is not just fashion, although it could be a nice accessorie, but fundamentally the purpose is to support their uterus.

Generally this cotton belt is as wide as the hips and around 3 meters long, it is position in a particular way to lift up a little our womb. I must admit I was not really into fajas, although I often explain to my clients how to use it and they often report that it feels really good, especially when there is a prolapse. However recently I had a little laparoscopy in my belly, it was just a check up and all was found good, but still is a little surgery and they have to insuflate some gas in order to explore without damaging other organs. After 4 days I had to go downtown for an appointment. I was wearing just normal clothes. I got out from the car and I felt like my belly was 'falling down' as if my organs were coming out. I walked keeping with my hands my belly in and I went immediately to the Hema (if you are in The Netherlands in the Hema you can find almost anything you need!!!!) and I bought a scarf. I rapped the scarf on my belly and tight the knot pretty firmly and I could finally relax, my belly was safe! I blessed Arvigo® for teaching me about Fajas because it was the most horrific sensation and simply with a peace of cloth it was solved!

Wearing a faja supports the uterus to allow the body time to repair uterine ligaments and

increase circulation and nerve supply to the organs and surrounding tissues.

Be patient! The massage and faja ALWAYS help. Some clients choose to wear the faja for a day or two before their menses begins in order to alleviate that feeling of heaviness.

Others just wear it because they like the way it makes them feel.
