Last time I told you that I would have written an article about the V steam, almost the same day a colleague in the States wrote a very accurate article with many useful informations. So I am going to link to it. However I would love to tell you my personal experience with it, you might find something useful for you in my words. As some of you might know, I was embraced by open harms of Ix Chel (the mayan female goddess) during a trip to Florida, actually for my husband. There I organized a Doula night with Lisa Kelly at her Red Tent and she offered me a treatment. At the end of this treatment she told me to sit on a stool, it had a hall on the bottom, she covered me and the vapor started to go up… directly on my beloved flower. To start with it was really weird, it was warm and nice, but also a very witchy thing to do… she put on a meditation and left me there, with my open flower, on that magic stool that was producing vapor. When I left the Red Tent I was like a zombie, couldn't really figure out what was happening to me. Finally during the Self Care workshop I could understand what all of that was about and it was definitely a unique experience. So I learned how to make the V steam myself and I got a all bunch of herbs to use.

It took me some months before doing it. And when I did I regret I didn't use it more often because the effects were so nice, I was so relaxed and also so so happy… I also discovered that the meditation Lisa put on for me was actually Rosita Arvigo speaking…

The V Steam is a vapor herbal bath, you basically get an intimate sauna. It is very simple to do, you make an herbal tea and you purr the tea in a bowl that is going to be on your home toilet. You seat, cover yourself and enjoy for at least 20 minutes. Very important is to rest for one hour after the steam.

The effects are incredible. You can use it for fertility, for cleaning, before an IVF or IUI, as an yearly ritual, for menopause, and more. I, sometimes, do it when I have an exhausting day and I want to relax.

If you want to know more, please read this article written by an ARVIGO practitioner and teacher, that I thank deeply for sharing so well all our knowledge!
